MCD Policy 

Proof of Purchase
When purchasing products directly from Madcow Defenses, your account registration info and/or invoice serve as your proof of purchase. When purchasing products from an approved authorized dealer, their sales receipt serves as your proof of purchase.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Products purchased directly from MCD are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. This Warranty guarantees that our products and services will be free of manufacturing, material, and assembly defects for the life of the product. Furthermore, the Warranty covers not only the original purchaser, but in some cases, we extend this Warranty as transferable to all future owners of our products. In order to maintain a Warranty the following criteria must be met:

• The product must be a genuine Madcow Defenses part or service; evidenced by proof of purchase, service mark, or other qualifying characteristics or criteria.

• The product must not show damage or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, or any unauthorized repair or modification.

• Any damage or issue caused by another manufacturer’s part is not covered under the Warranty.

• Normal wear and tear of finishes on both metallic and polymer parts may not be covered under Warranty.

This Warranty serves to guarantee that Madcow Defenses products and services will be repaired or replaced if required by the Warranty. MCD holds no liability for incidental or consequential damage(s) and under no circumstances will be held liable for personal injury, property damage, or economic loss. This warranty and disclaimer are subject to all applicable laws, some of which may limit these terms. Product specifications and/or designs may change without notice.

NOTE: Do not return any items without first receiving a RMA from our staff. Customers are responsible for shipping their returns unless otherwise instructed by staff during return process. We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, Madcow Defenses will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
